Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Kondo platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kondo governing your use of the Kondo platform, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that entity.
Eligibility
To use the Kondo platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be prohibited from using the platform under applicable law
- Complete our identity verification (KYC) process successfully
- Not be resident in a jurisdiction where access to the platform is restricted
Kondo reserves the right to refuse access to any individual or entity at its sole discretion.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate, current, and complete information at all times
- Notifying Kondo immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
Kondo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform
- Engage in money laundering, tax evasion, or any financial crime
Platform availability
Kondo strives to maintain a highly available platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict access for:
- Scheduled maintenance (notified at least 48 hours in advance where possible)
- Emergency security patches or critical updates
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for core platform services. Where downtime affects active transactions, we will notify affected users and take reasonable steps to minimise financial impact.
